Treasure-Hoarding Swoops (or World 2-3) is the third level of World 2 in Super Mario Run. The level takes place in a large cavern with several Swoopers which attack Mario as he gets close. Some of these Swoopers are required for reaching some of the level's Black Coins. The overall level is split into three sections.
Layouts[]
The level starts with a drop, a Swooper, and a Super Mushroom. After jumping onto some semi-solid platforms, the first Pink Coin is in sight, although the player needs to jump onto a Swooper or high jump in order to get it. After entering a warp pipe, the player must jump on a P-Switch and let the Blue Coins guide them to the second Pink Coin, which also requires jumping off of a Swooper. After entering another warp pipe, the player must now activate the Red Ring and let the Red Coins guide them to the third Pink Coin, which requires jumping on two consecutive Swoopers. (Alternatively, they can wall jump on the nearby wall to get it.) After entering the third warp pipe, the player will find themselves in an area with many Swoopers and coins, with the second batch of coins containing the fourth Pink Coin in the center. Afterwards, there is a wall that the player can wall jump off of, leading to a new area that leads to another warp pipe. Taking it leads to a final area, and the fifth and final Pink Coin, in which the player needs to bounce off of three consecutive Swoopers to get it. After taking the warp pipe out of the area, there are a few steps leading to the Goal Pole.

After entering a warp pipe, the player must jump on a Swooper to reach a P-Switch and let the Blue Coins guide them to the second Black Coin, which also requires jumping off of two consecutive Swoopers. After entering another warp pipe, the player must now activate the Red Ring and collect all of the Red Coins to obtain a Starman, then jump on two consecutive Swoopers, then wall jump at just the right moment to skid backwards upon landing to grab the third Black Coin. After entering the third warp pipe, the player will find themselves in an area with many Swoopers and coins. Afterwards, there is a wall that the player can wall jump off of, leading to a new area that leads to another warp pipe, along with a batch of coins with the fourth Black Coin at the top right. Taking the warp pipe leads to a final area, and the fifth and final Black Coin, in which the player needs to bounce off of five consecutive Swoopers to get it. After taking the warp pipe out of the area, there are a few steps leading to the Goal Pole.
