Toad Minister

The Toad Minister is a minor character that appears in Paper Mario.

Appearance

The Toad Minister is an elderly Toad with dark green spots on his head and a large, white mustache.

History

The Toad Minister is first seen in Princess Peach's Castle at the beginning of the game. He is a high-ranking government official that serves as the right hand man to Princess Peach. After Bowser lifts up Princess Peach's Castle into the sky, the Toad Minister along with some other Toads were locked away in a cell in Bowser's Castle. He is later freed by Mario and after Bowser is defeated, he returns to his position.

Trivia

The Toad Minister's appearance and role is similar to the Chancellor from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.
