Tattle is a move used by both Goombario and Goombella in the games Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

Usage[]

Paper Mario[]

In this game, Goombario simply uses Tattle to give information on an enemy or boss. This move also allows the player to see the enemy or boss' current HP similar to the Peekaboo badge. Outside of battle, the move is also used to give information on the places he and Mario have visited. He can also give information on characters and objects that requires Mario to be standing right beside them.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door[]

In this game, Tattle has become a little more complex. Instead of no FP, Tattle now uses 1 FP and the player must press the A Button once the cursor lands on the enemy or boss. Goombella then gives information on the foe and the foe's HP is revealed. Just like the previous game, the move is also used to give info on the locations, people, and objects.

Trivia[]

  • Tippi (and later Tiptron) both use a techique similar to Tattle.
