Riverside Station is an abandoned train station in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It has been taken over by a swarm of Poison Pokeys, Ruff Puffs, Spiked Parabuzzies, Spike Tops and Smorgs.

During the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, some-one thinks it's funny to lift up the Riverside Station drawbridge, preventing the Excess Express from crossing. A station worker informs Mario of the situation, and forks over the Station Key, which Mario uses to access the decrepit interior of the train station and can then use his Ultra Boots to hit the switch which in turn will allow the bridge to fall in place so the Excess Express can continue on its trip.
