Paper Mario

Merlee PM
In Paper Mario, she is found in an alley in the back of Dry Dry Outpost. Mario can visit her any time during his adventure, and by paying her so many coins, he can obtain a magical spell. This spell will affect him in several ways during and after battle.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Merlee is found in Rogueport Sewers, found in the back of the first area Mario finds in the sewers. Merlee's abilities are the same as hers in Paper Mario. She, however, performs the technique differently.

Super Paper Mario

In Super Paper Mario, Merlee plays a more major role than she has in previous Paper Mario titles. In this game, she lives in her mansion called Merlee's Mansion where Mario visits during Chapter 2. During this chapter, Mario meets Merlee, where she hid in one of the toilet bowls. However, she eventually is ran down to her basement by Mimi who disguises herself as Merlee. Mario eventually defeats Mimi in the bathroom of the mansion, and saves Merlee.

After the events of Chapter 2, Merlee moves to Flopside where Mario can use her magical powers in a similar manner to Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
