Loch Nestor

Loch Nestor is a round, orange pufferfish enemy featured in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's New Island. They only appear in areas where a Yoshi has to take on the form of a Submarine. A Loch Nestor can be attacked by firing a torpedo at it. A Loch Nestor swells up with each hit, and shooting three torpedoes (two in Yoshi's New Island) at a Loch Nestor causes it to explode, defeating it. If Submarine Yoshi touches a Loch Nestor, he gets stunned for about one second.

Its name is a pun on the Loch Ness Monster despite having no apparent similarities to it.
