Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Inky Sauce debuted in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door where it is a rare item created only by Zess T. of Rogueport. Mario can get Zess T. to create one of these by mixing a Hot Sauce with a variety of items. This item is also used in a few recipes. Mario can also use Inky Sauce to recover thirty points of his FP.
Super Paper Mario
In Super Paper Mario, Inky Sauce is not quite the recovery item it was in Thousand-Year Door. Instead of recovering thirty FP, Inky Sauce now only recovers three points of HP, but is still used in several new recipes. Inky Sauce can be obtained from Bloopers Mario and his friends defeat on their quest.
