Inflatable Thwomp

An Inflatable Thwomp is a blue inflatable object made in the likeness of a Thwomp. They only appeared in the Mario Party 4/Mario Party: The Top 100 2 vs. 2 minigame, The Great Deflate.

During the minigame, the two players of each team need to continuously Ground Pound their Inflatable Thwomp to make it deflate. The higher one Ground Pounds, the greater their Inflatable Thwomp deflates. Whichever team is first to entirely deflate their Inflatable Thwomp is the winner.

It is unknown if the Inflatable Thwomps are really organic, conscious beings. They might simply be inflatable toys made especially for the mini-game. However, they do make a grunting noise upon hitting the ground at the start of the mini-game.

Inflatable Thwomps appear to be made of complete rubber as shown on their official artwork however in games, they're shown to also be transparent.
