Goo Goo Buggy is a light weight kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It is Baby Mario's kart, but any Light Class character may use it. It is a "Baby Blue" colored kart that looks as if someone had taken a stroller and put a car engine and wheels on it. It has some of the greatest acceleration out of any of the karts in the whole game, but lacks speed and weight, making it an easy target to bully. It is related to the Rattle Buggy.
