Cucumberjacks is a 2 vs 2 mini-game in Mario Party DS.
Gameplay
Two characters are lined up at opposite sides of a giant (or rather normal sized) cucumber. They then must use a vegetable slicer to cut up their cucumber as fast as the possible to beat the other team or player. This is accomplished using the stylus on the lower screen. Recall that shorter strokes may be faster, but they will shave away less of the cucumber. It is best to quickly make long strokes that span most of the length of the screen as to remove more of the vegetable as possible. The first player or team to successfully cut the entire cucumber wins.
