The Crystal King is one of the many bosses in the 2001 Role Playing Game Paper Mario for the Nintendo 64. In that game, the Crystal King guards the Crystal Palace where the final star spirit is being held. Mario, with the help of his partners travels from Shiver City to defeat the evil Crystal King.
