Bowser's Lovely Lift! is a minigame in Mario Party 7. On the Solo Cruise version of Bowser's Enchanted Inferno! --the sixth and final stage of Solo Cruise-- the player (or the opponent) can play the minigame by collecting one Star and bringing it to Bowser at the start. Then, to win, the player --or the opponent-- must win at the said minigame to win the stage (Bowser's Enchanted Inferno).

This is the only minigame in this installment (Mario Party 7) and the entire series where the ability to skip CPU minigames does not work. This does not include the original Mario Party and Mario Party 2 --the first two installments in the series-- which do not have this functionality (the function to skip CPU minigames). Since the option to turn off CPU minigames does not work --on this minigame-- the player --if they have the "Watch CPU only minigames" option turned off-- is forced to watch the CPU play this minigame (if this minigame is played in the Solo Cruise version of Bowser's Enchanted Inferno!).

Gameplay[]

The object of the game is to make it to the 100th floor while avoiding Bowser, who attacks the player. To beat this game, the player must roll 4 Elevator Blocks (4 Dice Blocks). There are 4 Dice Blocks for a total of 4-40 spaces on each turn. On each turn, the player and the elevator both go up a number of floors (spaces) based on the total roll. On one turn, if the player --for example-- gets (hits) a "7", a "9", a "10", and a second "10", then the player and the elevator move 36 floors (spaces) and they advance to the 36th floor. Because 7 + 9 + 10 + 10 = 36. The total number of floors --spaces-- which the player can progress to on one turn is 4 (at minimum) and 40 (at maximum). (That is, provided that they can roll only 4 Dice Blocks on each turn.)

After the 50th floor, a Koopa Kid comes to make the minigame more difficult. Their attacks include shooting three fireballs, three missiles, and possibly shooting a laser beam upon arrival.

The player automatically loses if any of the artillery weapons hits them. However, in Solo Party Mode, the game tracks the floor the player lost on, and allows them (or the opponent) to resume the minigame from that point when they continue it upon returning to it later. The player --or the opponent-- wins when the 100th floor (100th space) is reached, even if there are any numbers on the dice roll left.
